Adult Day Training Center (ADT)

Founded in 2012 by Audrey and Ernest Bell, Bridge to Hope, Inc Adult Day Training Center (ADT), a Florida based 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is a true beacon of support for all future consumers looking for a nurturing environment with the comfort of home.

BTH began the journey to enrich lives by participating in community involvement surrounded by a team of experienced and highly trained educators. These educators will provide training and social skills needed to prepare consumers for day-to-day living.

OUR MISSION

It is the mission of Bridge to Hope, Inc (ADT) to empower, restore, and enlighten the lives of mankind through educational training, supportive casework services provided to the entire family, community involvement and outreach.

PLANNED FUN ACTIVITIES

Our clients will have the opportunity to go on planned trips and outings to promote education and expose them to experiences in the community. Come join us in a fun filled safe environment.

OUR SERVICES

Bridge to Hope, Inc. Adult Day Training Center (ADT) amenities is designed to be a life skills and developmental training facility. BTH program is APD/Medicaid Waiver approved. The services are to encourage individuals to partake in community related activities and events.

Consumer Information

Our clients are 22 years of age and up with mild to moderate developmental disabilities. Activities are designed to help create strategies to assist with their day-to-day life & encourage individuals to gain the necessary skills needed to be productive within their community.

Caregivers Information

Taking care of an individual with disabilities is difficult. The physical and mental health challenges increase daily. Everyone needs support, and we understand leaving your loved one in the hands of our support staff is worrisome but rest assured they are in the best caring hands at Bridge to Hope.

BTH TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

For those that need transportation, BTH Transportation Services will provide round-trip rides to and from our center to accommodate our consumer’s needs. Our trained drivers are certified in CPR and First Aid and the vans are kept clean with regular scheduled maintenance. BTH Transportation includes access to a wheelchair lift to help wheelchair bound clients
